This role is designed to ensure that nothing the CEO touches gets dropped.You will serve as his right hand, managing the day-to-day mechanics of his working life so he can focus his attention where it matters most. This includes managing his calendar and inbox, preparing for meetings, coordinating board and investor materials, and, most importantly, tracking commitments and following up to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.This is a role for someone who is highly meticulous and takes pride in getting things right. The CEO is managing a great deal at once, and the value you bring is the confidence that when something is handed to you, it will be handled accurately, completely, and without needing a second reminder.In return, you will gain an experience that is difficult to replicate: daily exposure to an experienced operator in US healthcare and a direct view into how a thousand-person clinical business is run, financed, and governed.
