The successful candidate will oversee base preparation operations, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate is a solid leader with extensive knowledge of road building, grading, aggregate placement, and compaction processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate base crews on civil construction projectsOversee placement, grading, and compaction of aggregate base materialsRead and interpret construction drawings, grades, and project specificationsCoordinate daily activities with project managers, surveyors, subcontractors, and operatorsEnsure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standardsMonitor crew productivity and equipment utilizationConduct site safety meetings and enforce company safety policiesIdentify and resolve site issues proactivelyComplete daily reports, timesheets,
