Barminco Mining Services is looking for an Experienced Maintenance Lead Hand to work at the Red Chris Mine in northern British Columbia. Lead the team in optimizing equipment performance in a fast-paced workplace.Key Responsibilities:Act as a mentor and guide for crew troubleshooting and repairsOversee quality control checks on equipment in the workshopEnsure compliance with safety procedures and standardsDirect daily maintenance activities in accordance with production needsSupport the planning and scheduling of maintenance tasksRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent neededHeavy-Duty Equipment Technician (421A) certification requiredAt least 2 years of supervisory experience in miningKnowledgeable in maintaining various underground equipmentCapacity to work in extreme conditions for extended shiftsUtilize your technical and leadership skills at Barminco to enhance mining operations and create a safer work environment.
