Must have experience with managing staff. We specialize in new energy-efficient homes and we do renovations. Must be willing to continuously learn new skills and be very versatile.LocationThe worksite will be within 45 min of Greater Moncton.Salary and BenefitsSalary to be discussed based on experience. Benefits will be available after 3 months of employment and will be paid in full by the employer.QualificationsMust have a vehicle and a valid driver 's license to apply.DutiesFraming.ICF and structural slab construction.Install wood siding.Install subfloor, hardwood floor, and finish trim.Insulate current homes with rigid foam boards when required.Build patios and decorative columns.Help manage job sites, pickup material, clean, etc.Miscellaneous duties included but were not limited to Kitchen cabinet installation, small framing jobs, renovations, closet installation, repair/maintenance in rental units, etc.
