You hold yourself accountable and continuously look for ways to improveWhat your day looks like:Provision, modify, and revoke user access across enterprise systems, applications, and platforms based on approved requestsAdminister user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applicationsMaintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and proceduresSupport periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access)Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulationsMaintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvalsCollaborate with IT, HR,
and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changesManage escalations for high-priority or high-profile access requestsMeet defined SLAs and operational KPIs for access fulfillmentTroubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-usersContribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows, and documentationAssist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requestsDocument processes and maintain access control documentationStay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM)Your experience and skills:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience in system access administration, IAM, or IT operationsExperience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environmentStrong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principlesFamiliarity with Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management)Experience with IAM tools (e.G., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.G., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applicationsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Broadridge/Dataphile requiredExperience of supporting key client accountsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work both independently and in a teamStrong commitment to customer serviceFluency (written and spoken) in English is required and bilingual skills in French are an assetKnowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferredIAM certifications are an assetWhy Aviso?At Aviso, you will find a dynamic and inclusive culture that rewards innovation and celebrates success.Here are a few things that set us apart:Competitive compensation package that rewards and recognizes individual contributionsExcellent health,
