and modern analytics tools.Digital Enablement & AI AdoptionIdentify opportunities to leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and other digital solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.Collaborate with Technology teams to evaluate and implement automation and productivity tools.Explore practical applications of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.Strategic Projects & Stakeholder EngagementSupport cross-functional transformation, optimization, and business improvement initiatives.Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering, and process improvement workshops.Build effective working relationships across Finance, Operations, Technology, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other business functions.Prepare reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations for department and senior leadership.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into practical recommendations.Change Management & ImplementationSupport implementation of approved process improvements and transformation projects.Develop process documentation, standards, and best practices.Assist with change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities.Monitor implementation results and identify opportunities for further improvement.Support the ongoing review and refinement of processes to ensure improvements are sustained.All other duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in Royal Service, Guest Services or Front Desk is an assetBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.MBA, CPA, CMA, Lean Six Sigma, or similar professional certifications are considered assets.3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, transformation, consulting,
