Duties

- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning meals under supervision
- Support the kitchen staff by maintaining cleanliness of workstations, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts
- Handle food items safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Aid in setting up dining areas and clearing tables during busy service times to enhance guest experience
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen
