Located in the Century Plaza Hotel, our restaurant is the perfect choice for diners seeking a refined dining experience a partner, friends and family or coworkers.

We currently have an opening in our kitchen for a full time or part time dishwasher / food prep person for primarily evening shifts.

Daily Duties:

-Washing of all chinaware, glass ware, dishes, platters, basket, flat ware, cooking ware, kitchen utensils, Thermos containers, etc;

-Cleaning floor of the kitchen and all walk in refrigerators;

-General cleaning of the kitchen and contributing to general state of hygiene in kitchen as per Provincial standards;

-Communicating any failure or malfunction of washing, cleaning and sanitizing equipment to Chef de Partie, Sous-chef or Chef;

-Basic preparations, peeling,



cutting and transformation of raw vegetables, fruits;

-Performs other duties as assigned and directed by Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

-Food Safe certificate;

-Previous dishwashing experience is an asset;

-Minimum 1 year working in a professional kitchen;

-Displaying a sense of ownership in work;

-Maintaining a professional conduct and etiquette;

-Good health, hygiene and safety habits;

-Personable and friendly;

-Must be eligible to work in Canada.
