Duties

- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and return to the proper storage areas.
- Operate various dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces.
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage the timely collection and disposal of waste and recyclables to keep the workspace tidy.
- Assist with tasks as needed to support kitchen operations.




- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment.

Job Requirements
