Dispatcher

At Verus Valuations we provide equipment appraisal services across Canada and the United States

We are recruiting 1 candidate for the role of Dispatcher. Are you a detail-oriented Dispatcher with a robust ability to communicate, collaborate, and problem solve? Are you passionate about providing caring and thorough customer service to your client group? Are you looking to be a part of a growing team and company?

In this position, you will be required to coordinate equipment holders with field agents to perform inspections on equipment based on our clients needs. We are looking for someone who can multi-task and wants to take ownership of the position. You like working in a team-oriented environment and can manage multiple projects, tasks, and jobs, while maintaining excellent communication. You take pride in your work ethic and positive, professional attitude.

This is a full time, in office position, Monday to Friday.

Although preferred, a candidate is not required to have prior machinery and equipment or appraisal experience. We provide training and a clear path for advancement and growth in the equipment appraisal field.

We will only be considering candidates with the following skills already well developed:

- Computer Literate – Proficient in Google maps




- Microsoft Office – Proficient in Outlook and Word. Excel experience is an asset, but not required.
- High volume, accurate data entry skills
- Time Management
- Detail oriented
- Self-driven and results oriented
- Multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional and comfortable phone demeanor
- Fluent in English - spoken and written
- French speaking would be an asset

Applicants currently residing in the Maple Ridge / Tri-cities area, will take priority over those in other locations. All applicants must be available for an in-person interview. COVID-19 – We adhere to all protocols in accordance with Provincial Government directives.
