Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Drywall Finisher / Painter to join our team. This role focuses on drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and painting. You’ll be responsible for bringing spaces back to pre-loss condition (or better), often on restoration projects that require attention to detail and efficiency.

You’ll work both independently and alongside our mitigation and rebuild teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Drywall taping, mudding, and finishing to a paint-ready standard
- Sanding and prepping surfaces for final coatings
- Interior painting (walls, ceilings, trims, doors)
- Matching existing textures (knockdown, orange peel, smooth finishes)
- Minor drywall repairs, patching, and board replacement
- Ensuring all finishes meet high-quality standards and client expectations
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Communicating clearly with project managers and team members
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality

Qualifications & Requirements

- 3+ years experience in drywall finishing and painting




- Strong attention to detail — clean lines, smooth finishes, no shortcuts
- Ability to match textures and blend repairs seamlessly
- Comfortable working in occupied homes and multi-unit buildings
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in workmanship
