: As a Drywall Installer and Painter at Towne Renovations, you will play a crucial role in our interior renovation projects. You will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to various types of substrates. This position demands a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to deliver flawless results under project deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Measure, cut, and install drywall.
- Tape, sand, and finish joints and imperfections to a smooth, seamless finish.
- Prepare and clean surfaces before painting, including sanding and filling holes, cracks, and joints.
- Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Match and mix paint and other finishes to desired colors and textures.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and equipment is maintained in good working condition.




- Coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in drywall installation and painting.
- Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for high-quality drywall and painting work.
- Robust knowledge of materials and techniques used in both drywall and painting applications.
- Ability to read and follow floor plans and drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
