We’re looking for a Drywall Service Technician who wants to join our Drywall Company and help us take care of warranty and service work for our Calgary and surrounding area clients. We need candidates who have the skill and experience to perform quality drywall repairs, provide good customer service, and maintain Arrow Drywall’s quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- No degree, certificate or diploma
- 2-4 years of experience in drywall, taping, finishing, or general construction
- Knowledge of drywall repairs, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- All job-specific tools will be provided by the company
- Must be comfortable working in occupied homes and active construction sites
- Be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and a positive communicator
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Valid WHMIS and CSTS certifications are an asset

Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled warranty and service calls
- Complete drywall repairs including cracks, nail pops, patches, corner beads, taping, mudding, and sanding
- Inspect drywall deficiencies and complete required repairs
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean work area




- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and supervisors
- Take photos and document completed service work
- Report any additional repairs or follow-up work required
- Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle

Terms of Employment:
- Start date is negotiable for the right candidate
- 3 months probation followed by a performance review
- Company vehicle provided for qualifying roles
- Competitive compensation, based on experience
- 8–10 hours shift
- Monday to Friday
