repair and service our fleet of bikesMake request for additional parts/ suppliesAssembling/ disassembling different types of bicyclesWheel building, wheel truing, tire changing Maintain KPIs for the Bike ShopOversee and coach employeesSubmit performance and progress reportsFluent with Inventory and Materials Management concepts, such as inventory control and analysis, material lead times, usage analysisDevelops and implements standard work procedures to continually improve overall team productivityResponsible for safe work practicesBe able to make decisions based on knowledge and experienceCrank arm replacement, changing derailleurs, headset overhaul, chain check and replacementChanging brakes, brakes and shift levers, cablesDeliver exceptional support to your team to achieve performance targetsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentMust complete all internal training requirements.Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following standard operating proceduresRespond to directives from the management teamAll other duties as assignedRequirements and QualificationsMust be able to lift upto 75 poundsMust have the ability to bend, crawl, stoop and stand for long periods of timeMust be willing to work in all weather conditions year-round
