This position provides leadership and alignment for all activities related to project planning, execution, delivery and closeout. The role is the primary point of contact to ensure a consistent, deliberate methodology for key decisions and advancement of deliverables within the scope of work.Business DevelopmentPrepare short and long term projections and forecasts for identified projectsPrepare project revenue targets and budgets and update as requiredResponsible for the development of business opportunities as they apply to the accountFacilitate firsthand business relationships with customers at decision-making levelsProposal and EstimatingEstablish strategies for success of proposalsParticipation and understanding of the final proposal pricingParticipation in the preparation and delivery of all proposal documentsRisk analysis, including review of Terms and Conditions, pre-bid recommendation forms, PRC and chairing pre-bid meetingsParticipation in the negotiation of the proposal towards awardProject ExecutionIdentification of threats to project delivery and establishment of suitable counter measuresEstablish resources required to execute projectsFacilitate project turnover meetings and foster information exchange from proposal teamSelect the management and supervision team to execute the projectsUltimate responsibility for the execution of the work in terms of safety, project management strategies, schedule, cost,
