We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our Home and Community Support Services team to provide in-home care to Garden River First Nation and Batchewana First Nation.Under the direction of the Director of Home and Community Support Services, and the clinical supervision from the Home Care Service Manager for the Assisted Living Services, this position is responsible to ensure a continuum of care for vulnerable, high-risk seniors as per the care plan.
