As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a manufacturing team responsible for building CAE's industry-leading flight simulators. You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives are achieved while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. implement and maintain production procedures and operational standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing objectives and customer commitmentsManage employees in accordance with company policies and collective agreementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience managing production schedules, workforce planning and operational performanceExperience driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environmentExperience working in a unionized environmentKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesKnowledge of manufacturing health and safety best practicesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsExperience working in a complex, technology-driven or evolving manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills in both French and English.
