As we grow, we're looking for a skilled and organized Program Manager to lead projects from concept to completion and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.Position Overview:As a Program Manager, you will act as the central point of contact between our customers, internal teams, and suppliers. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously—ensuring scope, timing, budget, and quality targets are met. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain explicit, proactive communication will be critical to our success.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full lifecycle of automotive fixture programs from award to deliveryServe as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and clear communicationCreate and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress reportsCoordinate efforts between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to meet deliverablesTrack and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on scheduleLead customer meetings, design reviews, and post-program evaluationsEnsure adherence to customer specifications, company standards,
