You will also have the opportunity to work in a modern, inspiring environment.Job DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Sector Manager, Payroll and CSP, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining employee files in the HR system (SAP) for the assigned client base (unionized and/or non-unionized). In support of managers, employees and the human resources team, the incumbent will ensure the proper management of benefit programs and will be the point of contact for all questions related to human resources management activities, and other programs offered by the company.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the administrative management (SAP HR) of employee filesEnter and validate all personnel movements and changes to employee files in the SAP HR systemCollaborate in the integration process of new employees for all aspects related to benefitsInform employees on human resources policies and proceduresEnsure the proper management of the various benefit programs (group insurance, RRSPs, travel benefits, etc.) in collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholdersProduce, analyze and distribute various reports (bank balance, headcount,



etc.)Act as a point of contact for employees, internal partners, and external stakeholdersQualificationsDEC in human resources, administration or any other related disciplineTwo to three years of relevant experience in human resourcesExperience in a unionized environment (an asset)Knowledge of the HR module of SAP or an integrated human resources management system (an asset)Good knowledge of perks programs (an asset)Excellent knowledge of basic Microsoft Office softwareThoroughness, efficiency and high level of organizationAbility to perform well on different files simultaneously in a high volume environmentCustomer orientation, autonomy and very good team spiritOral and written fluency in French and English *Workplace at 300 Léo-Pariseau in Montreal or telework.
