We are hiring for BC Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team:

- Full-time in our 3-5 Program - starting asap
- Full time in our 3-5 Program - starting mid -October 2026
- Part-time - Monday - Friday, 5-6 hours/day. This may transition to a full-time position in one of our programs as openings become available, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability and growth within our organization. This is great prospect to contribute to the development of young learners while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education.

We are an inclusive workplace, welcoming those with differing backgrounds. Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs for children between the ages of infancy and 5 years. Two years of experience working in a large daycare centre is an asset. Working as a team, Early childhood educators and assistants lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being. The main duties include:
- developing and implementing the child-care program
- leading activities, both individual and as group activities
- guiding and assisting children in their development
- planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of the children
- establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with co-workers and parents

Responsibilities:

- Support classroom activities across multiple programs as needed
- Assist with daily routines,



supervision, and play-based programming
- Maintain positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Adapt confidently to different classrooms and age groups
- Follow licensing requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Valid BC License to Practice
- Valid first aid/CPR certificate
- Clear criminal record check
- References
