Full-time 1.0 FTE Educational Assistant position

Duties to commence as soon as possible and will continue for the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year

Working with Elementary students in small groups, classrooms, and individual settings

Qualifications and/or Assets

Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an asset

Experience working with students with behaviour support needs would be considered an asset

Experience in Early Childhood Education would be considered an asset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm and patient approach to solving problems

Commitment to ongoing professional growth

Cooperative team player with the ability to take initiative and support a dynamic learning environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality

Calm, confident,



and skilled professional who can maintain structure and consistency while supporting students who require supervision, redirection, and personalized programming throughout the school day.

Reliability and eager to learn would be considered an asset

Flexibility to work in a variety of programs

Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-orientated learning environment
