- Contribute to program evaluation and improvement recommendations
- Offer leadership to the clinical team after hours
- Advise on recruitment and onboarding of recent staff
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for after-hours issues
- Participate actively in leadership meetings and consultations Requirements:
- Master’s or relevant BA with work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in mental health and addictions
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches
