The Role As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing industrial/commercial electrical projects from start to finish. You will report to the Projects Team Leader and play a key role in estimating, scheduling, managing field personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical projects including manpower, materials, equipment, and timelines
- Handle change orders when project scopes shift
- Provide accurate labor and material estimates for new projects
- Lead and support forepersons and electricians on-site
- Approve invoices and control project costs
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
- Read schematics and assist with troubleshooting when required
- Follow up on completed jobs to ensure full customer satisfaction




- Follow up on quotes to help drive sales

Qualifications

- Valid 309A Electrical License
- 8–10 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work
- 1–2 years of experience in project management and quoting
- Proficient in Accubid estimating software (required)
- Comfortable with tendering new projects and tight bid timelines
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Experience managing projects valued over $1M
- Familiarity with change order management
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Self-motivated, positive, and entrepreneurial

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
