Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, and automation integration. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in setting up, designing, and programming machines, coupled with proficiency in Allen Bradley systems and AutoCAD. The role involves managing projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise to ensure the successful implementation of custom machinery and equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to develop comprehensive automation solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses to inform project planning and decision-making processes.

- Design electrical systems, including schematic diagrams, control panels, and wiring layouts, utilizing AutoCAD software.

- Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other automation components, with a focus on Allen Bradley systems.

- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and functionality.





- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.

- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management and automation integration.

- Extensive hands-on experience in setting up, designing, and programming machines, preferably in the custom machinery or equipment industry.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting.

- Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and automation systems.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed; MUST be eligible for US visa.

- Certification or training in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
