We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support within a private organization in Barrie. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, documentation, coordination, follow-up, and general administrative tasks while supporting a variety of ongoing business and operational needs.This role is well suited to a dependable professional who is comfortable managing competing priorities, handling confidential information, taking initiative, and adapting to changing needs. Priorities may change throughout the day, so the successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and adapting as needs evolve.The role may include calendar and appointment management, expense and invoice organization, vendor coordination, document management, meeting preparation, follow-up, and support for ongoing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesCalendar & SchedulingManage calendars, appointments, and meetingsCoordinate scheduling changes and upcoming commitmentsTrack important dates, deadlines,
and follow-upsAssist with meeting coordination and preparationOrganize receipts and expense documentationAssist with invoice administrationMaintain accurate records and supporting documentationKeep administrative information organized and accessibleCommunicate with vendors, contractors, and external service providersCoordinate appointments and schedulingFollow up on outstanding itemsGather information and confirm completion of commitmentsDocument & Project SupportOrganize and maintain electronic and physical filesTrack important documentation, action items, and deadlinesAssist with meeting preparation and follow-upSupport various administrative, operational, and project-related activitiesGeneral Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative assistance as requiredAssist with a variety of personal and business-related administrative tasksTake on additional responsibilities as priorities evolveWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have approximately 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination-focused role.Relevant backgrounds may include:Administrative AssistantJunior Executive AssistantExecutive AssistantOperations CoordinatorPersonal AssistantCandidates with less direct Executive Assistant experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong organization, professionalism, initiative, communication skills,
