This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of licensed electricians and security systems installers, managing day-to-day field operations, and ensuring every job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.This role requires a valid 309A Electrician License.What You'll DoSupervise and schedule a team of electricians and security systems installers/techniciansPlan and oversee electrical and security systems projects from quoting through completionEnsure all work complies with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (ESA/ESC) and applicable regulationsAct as the escalation point for technical issues, complex installs, and customer concernsManage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance of department staffOversee inventory, equipment,
