and manage 10-year cash flow models based on approved budgets and business assumptions in excelEnsure forecasted capital expenditures, leasing costs, and operating revenue/expenses to ensure cash flow forecasts accurately reflect property performanceMaintain and enhance cash flow models to accurately reflect property acquisitions, dispositions, and other portfolio changesDeliver financial and operational analysis to the Asset Management team, highlighting property performance, trends, and key metricsPresent quarterly financial results, cashflow, and variance analysis to property operations and management teamsProduce quarterly investor reports, providing insightful analysis and clear explanations of financial results and key variancesSupport special projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc analyses as requiredYou have2–4 years of experience in property accounting with a focus in financial analysisBachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting or FinanceA CPA designation is an asset, enrollment in the CPA program is requiredStrong cash flow modelling and financial forecasting skills across various real estate asset classes.Strong understanding of complex real estate partnership structures to support calculation of waterfalls, hurdle rates,
