You'll partner closely with lawyers, business development professionals, pricing,



and marketing teams across the firm.What You'll DoManage proposals and RFP responses from initial request through final submission in both French and EnglishDraft and customize pitch materials based on client needs and opportunitiesPartner with lawyers and Business Development to position relevant experience and differentiatorsCoordinate with Pricing on fee strategies and value-added offeringsCreate polished presentations and proposal documents using PowerPoint and WordTrack pitches, RFP submissions, wins, losses, and feedbackMonitor procurement portals and communicate current information or addenda internallyMaintain relevant information within the CRMEnsure proposal and presentation materials follow firm brandingManage multiple deadlines while coordinating input from various stakeholdersWhat They're Looking For3–5 years of experience within legal or professional services,Strong understanding the RFP and proposals processFluency in French and English, including strong written communicationUniversity degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
