HRBPs and HR COE communitiesEvaluate and measure the efficiency of training programs and methodologies and report on L&D metricsIdentify, engage and partner with vendors and service providers to deliver to-standard learning solutionsRequirementsPost-secondary education in adult education, human resources, organizational development or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of experience in human resources and/or learning with a focus on training and talent developmentAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting prioritiesIntermediate experience with rapid eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise 360)Intermediate experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
