Production Associates will rotate to various positions (dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker) throughout their shift.The Production Associate also cleans and sanitizes production equipment and area and may be cross trained to work in the warehouse or sanitation areas.Shift (rotating 5 days; weekends included): 10:00 a.M.–6:30 p.M. shift (Saturday and one rotating day off!)Compensation: $22/hour; bi-weeklyProduction Room and Dough ProcessingDetermine correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients Ensure dough is delivered into rounderRecord batch data and maintain proofing libraryAchieve and maintain dough certificationMetal detector checkups, and dough temperature, monitoring document accordinglyChange dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS(dough bot) and ink jet, as neededCheck sifter tailings timely and recording findingsReport any irregularities to Supervisor and ManagerDough Cooler and Staging Product for ShipmentMonitor all equipment and make necessary interventions through HMI interventionsTroubleshoot automated equipment, when needed, such as stacker, dolly loader, and/or tray bufferMonitor dough temperature and metal detector checkOrganize dough according to size inside the dough coolerEnsure all print is of good quality on traysTray Wash AreaLoads trays onto conveyor for cleaningMonitor gauges and setting to ensure water pressure,
