In this full-time position, you will operate under the Senior Director of Engagement Analytics. Your primary focus will be to analyze extensive data sets, create statistical models, and develop insightful visualizations. Collaborating closely with various teams will enable you to identify trends and optimize alumni and donor engagement through strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze data for strategic engagement recommendations • Create performance metrics and dashboards for campaigns • Conduct statistical modeling for trend analysis • Boost data integrity through effective reporting • Report on key performance indicators and project insights

Requirements: • A Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of related analytics experience • Solid skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics • Knowledge of statistical modeling practices • Effective communication skills in both English and French preferred
