This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, managing working capital, and supporting acquisition integration activities across Canada.The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, process discipline, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.The Snr Manager, Finance leads a team of approximately 4 finance professionals while driving continuous improvement and process optimization.Key Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable & CollectionsOwn the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationManage and monitor AR sub-ledger integrity and ensure timely reconciliation to the general ledgerOversee AR aging analysis and lead escalation of overdue balancesDrive collection efforts, including proactive follow-ups on all outstanding receivablesIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize cash flow and reduce DSORevenue Accounting & AccrualsOversee recognition, accuracy, and completeness of all revenue streams,



including:Corporate store revenueNet vendor revenue (Canada and U.S.)Licensee revenueCentral payment fees and insurance processing feesData income and other revenue streamsEnsure timely month-end and year-end close proceduresEnsure appropriate revenue cut-off, accruals, and deferrals are recorded in accordance with accounting standardsAccount for interest income and related entriesBalance Sheet & Cash ManagementOversee preparation of weekly bank reconciliations across all entitiesEnsure timely and accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, with proper supporting documentationManage accounting for prepaids and accrualsEnsure solid controls over cash, working capital, and financial close processesM&A Integration & Technical AccountingSupport finance activities related to new acquisitions, including:Preparation of opening balance sheetsWorking capital settlement reconciliationsPurchase Price Allocation (PPA accounting) supportEnsure seamless integration of acquired entities into finance processes and systemsPartner with cross-functional teams to standardize accounting practices post-acquisitionWorking Capital & Financial ReportingMonitor and report on working capital performance, including AR, AP and cashProvide insights on trends, variances,
