About The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support delivery of commercial tenant improvement projects around the Calgary area.About The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support delivery of commercial tenant improvement projects around the Calgary area.You will lead on site operations of all phases of projects, including employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely and with high quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead site teams on active commercial TI projects from start to finishManage site start-up, organize and coordinate subcontractorsEnsure all required permits are obtainedEnsure that secure work practices and procedures are being followed onsite at all timesPrepare, review, and direct action on all RFIsEnsure accurate and timely project close date; adjust working schedules to ensure deadlines are metWork with the Project Manager to resolve any constructional issues that may ariseEnsure proper materials and quantities of materials are onsite prior to daily work commencingLead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and report on progression of buildingSupervise all workers onsite; provide feedback to workers, enforce company policy and administer disciplinary measures as requiredIdentify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associated work; create contingency plans to mitigate riskDevelop,
