Express SRG is recruiting a HSE Manager for a manufacturing client in the London area. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager; this role is responsible for all safety operations for the growing manufacturing facility. This is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities (Not limited to:)

- Lead all Health & Safety programs for the plant, ensuring full compliance with OHSA, government regulations, and corporate policy.
- Oversee incident investigations, workplace audits, inspections, and act as the Management Certified member and Co‑Chair of the JHSC while interfacing with regulatory agencies.
- Manage ISO 14001 environmental programs, audits, hazardous waste compliance, and environmental reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and near‑misses, managing Behaviour‑Based Safety, and supporting corporate CIP initiatives.
- Deliver and maintain all EHS training programs, monthly safety talks, new‑hire orientation, and ensure accurate training documentation.
- Communicate safety metrics, lead safety talks, support management review meetings, and ensure timely reporting of corporate and plant safety data.

Requirements:





- 3 plus years of HSE experience from manufacturing
- CRSP certification would be ideal; ISO 14001 experience an asset
- Driven personality; open for change
