We are seeking a passionate and energetic Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and specialized services such as eyelash extensions. Duties

- MUST KNOW THREADING
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable skincare routines and products
- Assist clients at the front desk by scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and managing client records
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance their experience
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards




- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events and staying updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques

Requirements

- Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by state law
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; certification is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proven ability to upsell retail products and promote services confidently
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and client records efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience at the front desk or in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory
