Leasing offices, lobbies, fitness spaces, community rooms, exterior amenity areas — work that gets built and used every day.You'll join a tight, high-performing team that moves quickly, supports each other, and takes pride in the details. Our work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including Renovation of the Year and Building of the Year.The OpportunityThis role is designed for a team-oriented person with project administration experience who will help take ownership of the financial and administrative side of active projects, with opportunities to build leadership exposure through collaboration and involvement in project delivery.You'll be responsible for coordinating approvals, tracking budgets, supporting procurement processes, and ensuring project documentation stays organized and updated. You'll work across teams and regions, helping to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.We move quickly and expect a high level of ownership. If you're a team player who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to improve how things get done, you'll succeed here.TermFull-time, in-officeWhat you'll doCoordinate project approvals, including executive sign-off, PO issuance, and contract setup (CCDC)Process contractor and supplier invoices and support financial trackingMaintain project budgets, forecasts, commitments, contingencies, and cost trackers; identify variances and escape risks proactivelyWork with design, operations, and project teams to support annual budget planningAdministratively manage multiple projects simultaneously,



tracking progress and helping resolve issues as they ariseCoordinate with procurement and warehousing to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on timeAssist in sourcing, qualify, and onboard contractors in alignment with company policiesCoordinate project meetings, prepare action logs, track outstanding items, and follow up with stakeholders to maintain momentumTrack and analyze project data (costs, timelines, contractor performance) and report to leadershipSupport rebranding and renovation projects across multiple regionsAssist with preparation of specifications, tender documentation, and project packagesSupport quality assurance reviews and project closeout documentationMaintain and improve project systems, filing structures, workflows, and tracking tools to support efficiencyProvide general team support and assist with priority tasks as requiredYou'll fit if youHave 3–5 years of project administration or project coordination experienceAre highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environmentAre confident working with budgets, numbers, and financial trackingCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teamsDemonstrate leadership through initiative, accountability, and proactive problem solvingTake ownership of your work and look for ways to improve processesCan thrive within a highly collaborative team structureAre open to occasional travel for site visits and project supportHave a valid driver's license and access to a vehicleEducationDiploma in Business Administration or related field (asset)ToolsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Advanced Excel skills preferred (budget tracking, reporting, formulas, pivots)Experience with SharePoint / document management systems considered an assetWhat you getCompetitive compensation based on experienceParking providedOpportunity to work on projects across multiple regions in CanadaExposure to a wide range of stakeholders and project scopesA supportive, high-performing team environmentOngoing learning and growth through hands-on experienceWant to see the kind of work we do?Instagram: @bwalk_design
