You'll work on a wide variety of RVs and systems, using your existing technical skills while developing new ones through training and hands-on experience.You don't need previous RV experience to succeed in this role. Experience in automotive, electrical, plumbing, marine, trailer, or other skilled trades is valuable here.As part of our commitment to supporting our technicians, Fraserway RV will provide new service technicians with up to $2,000 in tools when they join our Halifax team. It's our way of helping you get started and giving you the tools you need to succeed.What You'll DoYou'll diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs across a wide range of systems. Your work may include:Diagnosing and repairing 12V and 120V electrical systemsTroubleshooting and repairing plumbing systemsDiagnosing and repairing appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigeratorsWorking with propane systemsPerforming maintenance, inspections, and general RV repairsIdentifying problems and determining the appropriate repairCompleting work orders and documenting repairs clearlyWorking with Service Advisors and other technicians to keep repairs movingCommunicating with customers when technical information or completed work needs to be explainedYou'll Be Successful In This Role If You Have:Previous experience as a technician, mechanic, or skilled tradespersonStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience working with mechanical, electrical, plumbing,
