Estimator-Co-Ordinator – Heavy Civil Construction

About Us:

Rankin Construction is a leader in roadwork, bridges, water/sewer, and major infrastructure projects. We’re looking for a driven Estimator Co-Oordinator to join our team and grow their career in heavy civil construction.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure projects.
- Read and interpret drawings, specs, and tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment.
- Work alongside senior estimators and project managers.

What You Bring:

- Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) or Civil Technician diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years experience perferred (internship/co-op welcome).
- Strong Excel skills; estimating software experience an asset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.

Experience:
- Heavy Civil Infrastructure Estimating : 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Civil Engineering Technologist (CET) (preferred)
- Civil Technician diploma (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
