Our team, based in Vancouver, BC, specializes in environmental investigations, risk assessments, site remediation, and environmental monitoring support for public and private sector clients across British Columbia and Western Canada. this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Support a wide range of environmental projectsComplete field work and oversight associated with environmental investigation and monitoring activities, which may include drilling oversight, monitoring well installation, hydrogeological field testing including slug tests and pumping tests, groundwater elevation monitoring, groundwater sampling, etc.Support with reporting activities including hydrogeological data assessment and interpretation, and report writingAssist with project coordination and work plan developmentCollaborate with a variety of project teams and build relationships with our GHD network, contractors, and clientsBe supported with staff mentorship and GHD technical and health and safety training programsBe expected to integrate technology into learning and execution of tasksWhat You Will Bring To The TeamB.Sc., in geoscience, environmental science, or discipline relevant to hydrogeology and environmental site assessment and remediationEligibility for P.Geo. or P.Eng designation considered an assetStrong English writing and verbal communication capabilitiesThis role includes travel and extended fieldwork,

The posted salary represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
