The client's name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.Job SummaryReporting to the Service Director, the successful candidate will act as the lead designer and project manager for urban infrastructure projects.She manages projects from needs assessment and preliminary studies through to the production of plans and specifications, the tendering process, and construction support. Thanks to her strong technical skills and autonomy, she coordinates the various disciplines, manages the resources allocated to the projects, and maintains effective communication with clients, municipalities, contractors, and other stakeholders.Your Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical DesignDevelop and oversee the design of urban infrastructure projects: water supply networks, sanitary and storm sewers, stormwater management, roads, drainage, grading and earthworks, and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure. Perform the necessary calculations, technical analyses, and hydraulic validations. Prepare or oversee the production of plans, profiles, details, and specifications. Prepare cost estimates and verify compliance with applicable standards. Sign and seal documents within their area of expertise.Project ManagementManage projects of intermediate complexity, from planning to closureDefine the scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirementsMonitor budgets, schedules,
