The Tamahaac Club is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Experienced/Veteran Servers to assist in front-of-house operations during service. This hands-on position requires professionals who are passionate about hospitality, maintains high service standards, and can effectively work as a team in a private club setting. The experienced Server will play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience for members and guests while coordinating with the Events and Catering Manager and supporting event operations.

As a Veteran Server, you'll possess valuable skills, such as:

- Time management, ensuring that service stays efficient, and on schedule.
- Diplomacy, maintaining a calm demeanour when navigating through a challenge.
- Problem Solving, with the ability to develop solutions to a variety of challenges, even when they are exceptionally difficult.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Dependable and the ability to work on tasks without micromanagement
- Ability to read event details and know what needs to be done to ensure success for an event

In addition, we'll need you to be able to lift 30lbs repeatedly. Complete list of Roles and Responsibilities of Lead Server:

- Maintaining Tamahaac service standards as indicated by the Events and Catering Manager
- Set up of the dining room and event space,



including equipment (tables/chairs/A.V, etc.) in accordance with event details, through delegation from the Events and Catering Manager
- Perform a final check of all guest areas to ensure compliance with Tamahaac Club standards, prior to guest arrival
- Perform closing duties, and ensuring the club is back in order post event
- Manage service levels at the end of the evening
- Liaise with the Events and Catering Manager during dining periods
- Resolve guest concerns, while considering the image of the Club and our guests
- Close the Club, including activation of electronic security systems and entry locks
