Salary: $40,000-$50,000/year

Job Summary We are hiring a Help Desk Support Associate to provide front-line technical assistance to employees. You'll troubleshoot common issues, log support requests, and help ensure quick resolution of everyday technology problems.

Responsibilities

Respond to help desk tickets and support requests

Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and login issues

Escalate unresolved issues to senior technical staff

Document support interactions and resolutions accurately

Assist with equipment setup and account provisioning

Provide basic guidance to end users on common systems

Support IT inventory and equipment tracking as needed





Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate's degree in IT a plus

0-2 years of experience in help desk or technical support

Basic knowledge of common operating systems and software

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Relevant certification (CompTIA A+) a plus

Patient, customer-focused approach to support
