Join us and be part of a team committed to innovation and continuous improvement.As a business quality assurance testing officer, you analyze and diagnose issues and situations related to large‐scale deliveries and rollouts in your area of expertise, as well as provide quality control and assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline's rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You recommend implementation plans. You play an active role in establishing and implementing multiple quality‐assurance strategies for business solutions in a highly complex, large‐scale.ResponsibilitiesDefine and align the program‐wide testing strategy in line with best practicesImplement a structured quality governance framework, including documentation, quality reviews and traceabilityBuild, guide and support a high‐performing testing team (coordinators, QA analysts)Work with clients to define needs and interpret requirementsAssess project complexity, identify risks and recommend practical solutionsEstimate required effort and recommend the necessary resources and budgetsPlan and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), including access, data and environmentsWork closely with POs,
