DescriptionReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a small team of maintenance attendants and technicians, responsible for responding to guest maintenance requests of the hotel.WHAT YOU'LL DOProceed to visual inspection of the equipmentActively participate in preventive building maintenance proceduresPerform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedulePerform interior and exterior workReport any defective systems and make the necessary correctionsPossibility of gathering materiel outside the propertyAssist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladderResponsible for maintaining all mechanical component of the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisorProceed to minor electrical work (ex: light bulbs change)Ensure that service manuals are follow during preventive maintenance,
