Workstyle/ inoffice requirements will be determined by leader.What you will do:Deliver sales growth by working in collaboration with advisors and clients to achieve sales targetsHelp clients and advisors work toward their long-term financial goalsProspect new leads and leverage existing database of contacts to build and strengthen relationshipsConduct regular meetings and calls with clients, track, document and monitor progress through SalesforceEducate clients about a variety of insurance, benefit and wealth products, solutions, and services offeredPromote the value proposition of doing business with Canada LifeProvide pre and post-sales support by developing sales strategies, concepts and marketing ideasContribute to and consider new approaches to doing business with advisors and clientsAs this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needsWhat you will bring:Experience within the financial services industryStrong interest in salesRelationship-building skills with a commitment to establishing long-term client relationshipsAbility to leverage technology to enhance client experiencesStrong desire for performance-driven compensationA self-motivated,
highly driven and entrepreneurial personalityAbility to think critically and use sound judgment when serving clientsExpert communicator with the ability to present, train and transfer knowledge to a variety of audiencesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsIndustry specific designations such as CSC, CFP, CIM, IFIC and/or LLQP are a robust assetThe base salary for this position represents a few different roles and regions and can be between $54,700 minimum - $104,700 maximum annually, $70,800 minimum-$120,800 maximum annually or $90,400 minimum-$141,400 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc).
