As a Bike Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preparing bicycles to ensure a safe, high-quality riding experience for guests.ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging servicesFollow departmental policies, procedures, safety and service standardsInspect, maintain, and repair a fleet of Devinci and Trek bicycles, including mountain, road and e-bikesDiagnose mechanical issues and perform timely, high-quality repairs and tune-upsPrepare bikes for daily guest use, ensuring safety and optimal performanceManage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate reorders as neededMaintain a clean, organized workshop and adhere to safety standardsAssist guests with basic bike fitting, adjustments, and usage guidanceSupport rental operations and collaborate with recreation and guest services teams to ensure a positive user experienceFollow all safety and sanitation policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience as a bike technician or in bicycle repair (professional or advanced hobbyist), with Devinci and Trek brands an assetStrong knowledge of bike components, maintenance techniques,
