They must manage a work routine that balances equipment, capabilities, customer specifications and quality control standards. We recognize that our employees are critical to the success of this area.Job RequirementsAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural documentsBasic math and computer skills; able to complete accurate, legible paperwork and shipping/receiving logsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including inventory counts and documentationPunctual and reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentEffective communicator; able to work closely with Leads and Supervisors to identify issues, recommend solutions, and maintain workflowHigh regard for safety; observe all policies, wear appropriate PPE, and report incidents or damages immediatelyMobile Equipment Certification; able to safely operate power jacks and counterbalanced rider trucks, and complete daily equipment inspectionsCapable of loading/unloading trailers by hand or equipment, staging shipments, wrapping pallets,



and transporting product to storage areasReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition (including taking photos as needed)Comfortable working in cooler/freezer environments for extended periods and lifting 25-30 kg as requiredMaintain warehouse cleanliness and perform general warehouse functions as neededMotivated, proactive, and willing to assist in other areas during downtime; well-organized and ableto multitaskDescription of Work ConditionsTemperatures between -2 C and 4 C (on dock)Temperatures between -20 C and -35 C with some wind chill when the fans are running.
