This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery, efficient use of resources, and alignment between production, supply chain, and operations.To support operational needs, we are seeking candidates available for either shift:Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (4-day work week)Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMShift alignment will be finalized during the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage daily and short-term production schedules based on demand, capacity, and prioritiesLead daily production meetings and follow up on schedule adherence and constraintsAnalyze capacity, cycle times, bottlenecks,



and material availability to maintain achievable production plansAdjust schedules in real time to address urgencies, delays, and operational constraintsCoordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teamsDefine required manpower and equipment allocation to meet production targetsEnsure accuracy and maintenance of ERP data (work orders, routings, planning parameters)Create and maintain production reports and KPIs (schedule adherence, throughput, capacity utilization, etc.)Contribute to capacity planning and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsWe are specifically seeking candidates with hands‐on production scheduling or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in production planning/scheduling (manufacturing required)Strong understanding of:Capacity planningShop floor constraintsProduction flow and bottlenecksExperience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, etc.)Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)Key CompetenciesStrong analytical mindset with the ability to balance priorities and make quick decisionsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic,
