The Four Points by Sheraton - Kelowna Airport is currently looking for a Floor Manager- Food & Beverage.We are also on a bus route, with a stop just outside of the hotel, and our complimentary shuttle also picks up our employees near the bus loop at UBCO.What will you be doing?Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers, Floor Manager- Food & Beverage is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staff training, light administration and active floor supervision during service.Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and management alikeShow leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food and wineDemonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venueCommunicate the vision to all team members and lead by example.
