The ideal candidate will act with autonomy as a trusted advisor and key player to support the Human Resources function and the management team on compensation best practices (monetary and non-monetary), benefits, salary forecasts, market data analysis, compensation budget and mid- and long-term compensation strategy.Your Day with EquisoftDevelop and present the global compensation strategy, including proposals, results,
and success metrics to executive leadershipAssess, propose and implement strategic recommendations and enhancements to our compensation programs, policies and processes in collaboration with the HR teamStay updated on best practices to ensure competitive compensation offeringsServe as the go-to expert for complex compensation questions across the organizationPerform market research and statistical analysis to develop our Global Compensation strategyAdminister the annual compensation planning cycle in Workday, including system configuration, data validation, manager training, processing compensation changes, preparing payroll data, and ensuring 100% accuracy of all calculations and approvals by established deadlinesRecommend and benchmark benefits plans, including health, welfare, and retirement, to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulationsLead the annual benefits renewal process including RFP preparation, vendor management, plan design analysis, cost modeling, and implementation coordination across all jurisdictions by renewal deadlinesDevelop coaching and training materials related to their area of expertise for both managers and HR teamRequirementsB.A. in Administration, Industrial Relations, Actuarial Science, Human Resources or other relevant training10+ years' experience in global compensationExcellent knowledge of French and English (oral and written)Demonstrated experience with Workday, specifically Core HCM (compensation) and Advanced Compensation modules (configuration, reporting,
